How do I edit the scheduled date/time on a Service Order?

Steps to edit the scheduled date/time for a Service Order

  1. Select the Service Order tab and then select the Builder from the pull-down list.
  2. Select the View link for the specific service order.
  3. Select the Edit link.
  4. Use the text fields to enter the Scheduled Date and Scheduled Time. NOTE: This is a company setting, to allow the Trade Partner to edit this information. If it is not turned on the Edit link will not display. Please contact your builder if you are not able to edit.
  5. Select the Save button to save the changes, or select the Cancel button to discard the changes.
